The University of Kansas awards some partial, merit-based scholarships. Some scholarships are for the first year of study only and some are renewable.

To this end, the organization awards fellowships for full-time graduate and postgraduate study or research in the US to women who are not US citizens or permanent residents.

The United States Embassy in Estonia is pleased to announce the annual competition for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program. This ten-month Fellowship program is offered to mid-career professionals who have a proven track record of leadership, a public service commitment, and the capacity to take full advantage of a self defined program of independent non degree study at a leading U.S. university. The program awards a certificate from the U.S. Government; it is not designed to deliver an advanced degree.
Post-doc: Princeton Society of Fellows Offers Three-Year Fellowships
The Princeton Society of Fellows, an interdisciplinary group of scholars in the humanities, social sciences, and selected natural sciences, invites applications for the 2012-2015 Fellowship competition. Four three-year Postdoctoral Fellowships will be awarded this year (two in the Humanities and Social Sciences, one in East Asian Studies, and one in Humanistic Studies).
